Non-Regulated Business Activities (or “Green Activities”) do not require external approvals.
Note that Non-Regulated Business Activities may have related property requirements.
Regulated Business Activities (or “Amber Activities”) require approval(s) from specified Dubai &/or UAE Federal Government Entities.
Note that Regulated Business Activities may have related property requirements. It is the duty of the Licensee to secure the approval and, upon request, provide a copy to the Authority.
